Starcrest known in the Perris, Ca area and its surrounding areas as slave crest. They have been attempting to fight a Union organization for about 13 months. Starcrest has failed in accomplishing this. The company during orientation has been threatening employees if they join the union campaign they will be disciplined. NLRB got involved with Starcrest about a year ago. The NLRB has found Starcrest responsible for violating the rights of workers. Mr. TM has run Starcrest. Calandra. Obviously, Mr. Calandra with all due respect you have manipulated your managers' supervisors and all management to be very alert about the union's activities. You know very well what you did to me was illegal and you got away with it, you know with me it was never about the money I just wanted justice and the NLRB's poor ability to fight on my behalf was useless but in other cases it was worth it. I will never forget the humiliation of your attorney's attitude towards Starcrest products workers. I was a good worker and I deserved a little respect and that didn't happen, so because I believed in change and standing up for what I believed in I got the short end of the stick, I know you expect me to let this go but I won't. I will continue to fight against the injustices done to me by starcrest. I believe strongly that in a company like yours there is no prosperity and like Bill Guthrie told me if “I don't like the treatment due to my special condition” (of course meaning union activism). That the doors were revolving doors and I can always find another job. Guess what with the references you're company is giving out I couldn't even find a McDonalds job cause every time they call starcrest, starcrest explains my union activity, and hypes up a story about my activism. I thought it was illegal for a company to do that. I guess starcrest does not care what the law is right. I will continue to put efforts in to organizing the valued employees at starcrest. I will never walk away from this. I understand my constitutional rights and I know I have the freedom of speech and I will continue to liberate my words and phrases against the company into other employees. Employees of starcrest I was the first to make a stand but not the last, I was the first on the scene, but I will not be the last. I want all employees to look around when they go to work and if you see something that isn't right then plant the seed of freedom into your hearts and look for union activist and join them, not watch them you question where is the union when you walk to your work station and look around the sweatshop, look that is the union, and you are only as strong as the weakest link. Do not keep watching the union start becoming a part of it. You will only defeat starcrest in unison not by yourself. That was my mistake I attempted to fight an enemy that has more money then I ever will and money in this country obviously makes justice. If you all stand together then you will all be a part of something great and when your kids or kids kids ask you what you have done in your life you can say that at least you stood up for what you believed in. The U.S. did not become what it is with fear on their shoulders but with courage in their hearts. Take a stand today and contact an organizer today.
